App development

Offline-first Android, iOS and Windows apps from one codebase.

What this is

Flutter applications that keep working when the connection does not — the local database is the source of truth and sync is a background detail, not a prerequisite. This is the harder architecture, and it is the only one that survives an Indian retail counter, a field agent in a basement, or a site office with one bar of signal.

What you get

  • One codebase shipping to Android, iOS and Windows
  • Offline-first local database with conflict-aware background sync
  • Play Store and App Store submission, signing and release pipeline
  • Automated builds on GitHub Actions — every release reproducible
  • Release hardening: code obfuscation, R8, symbol artifacts
  • Architecture documented well enough for another team to take over

Engagement

Typical timeline
6–10 weeks

Quoted after a scoping call. Screens, integrations and store-compliance requirements are what move an app quote, so we price it once we have seen all three.

One fixed price, agreed in writing before work starts.

How it runs
01

Scope

A written spec with screens, data model and a phased release plan.

02

Build

Fortnightly installable builds — you use the real app, not a prototype.

03

Ship

Store submission, then a support window while it stabilises.

Where we have already done this

Yojika is a Flutter offline-first billing app on Windows and Android: ~15 MB against a market leader’s ~250 MB, invoices in all 22 official Indian languages, and it works with the network unplugged.
