Yojika Systems
Services

Four things, done properly.

We are deliberately narrow. Every service here is something we operate in production for our own product first — which is why each one carries a real starting price and a real timeline instead of an invitation to a discovery call.

01Website development

Fast, static, search-visible sites that do not rot.

Marketing sites, product sites and documentation built as static pages on a CDN. No CMS to patch, no plugin to break, no monthly hosting bill worth mentioning. They load in under a second on a 4G phone in a tier-3 town, which is where your customers actually are.

Engagement

Typical timeline
2–3 weeks

Quoted after a scoping call. A marketing site of up to 8 pages is the usual starting shape; documentation portals and larger builds are priced separately.

02App development

Offline-first Android, iOS and Windows apps from one codebase.

Flutter applications that keep working when the connection does not — the local database is the source of truth and sync is a background detail, not a prerequisite. This is the harder architecture, and it is the only one that survives an Indian retail counter, a field agent in a basement, or a site office with one bar of signal.

Engagement

Typical timeline
6–10 weeks

Quoted after a scoping call. Screens, integrations and store-compliance requirements are what move an app quote, so we price it once we have seen all three.

03Content automation

A publishing pipeline that runs daily without you in it.

A scheduled pipeline that researches, drafts, translates, reviews and publishes SEO content on your site — in as many Indian languages as you sell in. Every article goes through an automated quality gate before it can merge, so nothing reaches your domain unreviewed. This is not a prompt in a spreadsheet; it is infrastructure.

Engagement

Typical timeline
2–4 weeks to first automated publish

A one-time build, then an optional monthly for the quality gate and pipeline maintenance. Model API usage is billed to your own account at cost, never marked up.

04Marketing automation

The unglamorous plumbing between a lead and a paying customer.

Lifecycle email, renewal and trial-expiry reminders, referral tracking, payment webhooks, WhatsApp-first follow-up and the dashboards that tell you which of them worked. Most Indian SMB software loses more revenue to a renewal nobody chased than to a competitor.

Engagement

Typical timeline
3–5 weeks

A one-time build, then an optional monthly for monitoring and iteration. Email and payment-gateway fees are billed to your own accounts at cost.

Not sure which of these you need?

Describe the problem rather than the solution. If the answer is “none of the above”, we will tell you that.
