Privacy Policy

What this website collects, why, how long we keep it, and how to make us delete it.

Last updated 29 August 2026

This policy covers yojikasystems.com, the corporate website of Yojika Systems Private Limited. It does not cover the Yojika product — that has its own privacy policy at yojika.com/privacy, because the product processes business data that this website never sees.

1. The short version

This site sets no cookies, runs no advertising trackers, and builds no profile of you. The only personal information we hold is what you type into the contact form and send us deliberately. We use it to reply to you and for nothing else.

2. What we collect

2.1 Information you send us

When you submit the contact form we receive your name, email address, the company name you supply (optional), the enquiry type you select, and the message you write. If you contact us by email, WhatsApp or telephone instead, we hold whatever that message contains.

2.2 Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not fingerprint visitors. It reports aggregate page views, referrers and country. It does not identify you, and we cannot connect it to anything you have sent us.

2.3 Server logs

Our host, Cloudflare, keeps standard request logs (IP address, timestamp, requested path, user agent) for its own security and abuse-prevention purposes, under its own policies. We do not query these logs to identify individuals.

3. Why we are allowed to hold it

Because you sent it to us in order to get a reply. Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, your submission of the form is consent for the specific purpose of responding to your enquiry. We do not rely on that consent for anything else, and you can withdraw it at any time by writing to us.

4. Who else sees it

Only the processors that make the site and the form work:

  • Cloudflare — hosting, CDN and cookieless analytics.
  • Supabase — runs the function that receives the contact form.
  • Resend — delivers the enquiry to our inbox as an email.
  • Google Workspace — where that inbox lives.

We do not sell personal information, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not send it anywhere else. Some of these providers process data outside India; where they do, they do so under their own standard contractual protections.

5. How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted from our inbox within 24 months. Correspondence relating to work we actually did is kept for 8 years, because Indian tax and companies law requires us to be able to produce records of our engagements.

6. Your rights

You may ask us to:

  • tell you what we hold about you;
  • correct anything that is wrong;
  • delete it, unless we are legally required to keep it; and
  • nominate someone to exercise these rights if you cannot.

Write to [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days. There is no charge, and you do not need to give a reason.

7. Grievances

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, write to the same address with “Grievance” in the subject line. Under the DPDP Act we must acknowledge within 72 hours and resolve within 30 days. If we do not, you may escalate to the Data Protection Board of India.

8. Children

This is a business website. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us something, tell us and we will delete it.

9. Security

The site is served over HTTPS only. The contact form posts over TLS to a function that validates and immediately forwards it as email; we do not maintain a database of enquiries on this site. Nothing is perfectly secure, and we do not claim it is.

10. Changes

If we change this policy we will change the “last updated” date above. The site's full history is in version control, so every previous version of this page is recoverable.
