Yojika Systems Private Limited builds software. We build our own products, plus the websites, apps and automation other companies need. We are small, direct about what we can do, and would rather show you a running system than a slide deck.
A product company that takes on client work.
Most software studios have never had to live with their own decisions. We build and run our own software. That means we have been woken up by a failed deploy. We have answered for a slow page, and we have had to migrate a database on machines we could not reach.
The services we sell come directly out of that. We build applications for phone and desktop, sites that do not break down over time, publishing pipelines that run unattended, and the payment and reminder systems that decide whether a business gets paid. We work in whatever language and on whatever platform the job needs, connected or offline, because we have had to.
We work from Theni, in Tamil Nadu. That matters more than it sounds. We build for the same conditions our neighbours use software in: modest hardware, weak connections, and no patience for a loading spinner. We build software that works in the real world, not only in a demo.
Constraints are the interesting part
Anyone can build software for a fast machine on a good connection. The harder job is software that works with 4 GB of RAM, one bar of signal, and a customer waiting. We treat those limits as the requirement, not as an excuse.
Small is a feature of the company too
We are a small team, and we say so. You talk to whoever writes the code. Decisions take a day, not a sprint. We turn down work we cannot do properly, and we are honest about capacity before you commit anything.
Say the disappointing thing early
If a project should not be built, or should be built by someone else, or will cost more than you hoped, we say so on the first call. That is cheaper for both of us than finding out in month three.
